Submission Instructions

Please follow the ACM GoodIT guidelines as detailed below. High-quality papers in double-column ACM format are invited. The page limit for Special Track Papers should be a maximum of nine (9) pages.

The conference language is English. Papers should present scientific, technical, and visionary research work, and must highlight the novelty as well as actual or expected impact, in particular the social impact. All papers using the ACM Template must be submitted online as a PDF document.

Conditions of Submission

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer review process. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee with relevant expertise spanning AI systems, social computing, ethics, and domain applications.

Reviews will assess technical quality, societal relevance, clarity of contribution, and alignment with the track's focus on human-centred agentic AI for social good. The review process will emphasize interdisciplinary merit, valuing contributions that bridge technical innovation with demonstrated or credible social impact.

Borderline papers will be discussed among reviewers and track chairs to ensure fair evaluation. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work in a dedicated track session.

ACM Template

Authors are required to use the double-column ACM format. Templates are available for Microsoft Word, LaTeX, and Overleaf. Submission is always required in PDF format.
